Traditional cheese dairy
Description
From June to December guests have the possibility to assist the traditional processing of milk into different products such as Gruyère cheese, butter, curd and Raclette cheese in one of the alp huts in the mountain pastures of the Parc Jurassien Vaudois. Reservation for group visits is recommended. Moreover, end of September / beginning of October is also the time of the traditional alpine cattle descent.
