Cycling

The Nyon region, ideal for cycle excursions, is crossed by two national cycle routes, route N°1 (Rhône), which follows the river from Brig to Geneva, and route N°7, which starts at Basle and ends at Coinsins having traversed the crest of the Jura. Apart from this, the hinterland with its gently sloping vineyards and cultivated fields is particurlarly ideal for family outings on roads and paths with hardly any traffic.
