Mountain cheesery 

Our guests have the possibility to watch this traditional savoire-faire at the pastures of the Regional Natural Parc of the Jura Vaudois. Processing of milk into different products such as Gruyère cheese, butter, curd and Raclette cheese in one of the alp huts, takes place from June to December.

Reservation for group visits is recommended. Moreover, end of September/beginning of October is also the time of the traditional alpine cattle descent, called "la Désalpe".
